Teresa Bomkamp is an attorney with the Firm.  Teresa is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law and has accumulated over 25 years of experience as a Prosecutor in St. Louis County.  

 

Throughout her tenure, she has handled a wide array of cases.  For the majority of her career at the prosecutor’s office, Teresa was a pivotal member of the sexual assault team, focusing extensively on sexual assault, child abuse, and homicide cases.  She also served as the team supervisor, supervising lawyers, assistants and paralegals.  Teresa has worked closely with law enforcement, analyzing investigations, determining charges, and devising trial strategies through assessment of case strengths and weaknesses.  She has first chaired more than 75 felony jury trials.

 

In addition to her courtroom experience, Teresa has worked diligently with victims of all ages, guiding them through the complexities of the criminal justice system and preparing them for trial.  Her dedication extends beyond legal proceedings as she continues to contribute as a guest speaker on sexual assault and the criminal justice system at high schools, colleges, and various organizations.
